Studio type apartments tend to be the smallest apartments with the cheapest rents in a given area. According to many Philippines property experts, these kinds of apartment usually consist mainly of a large room which is the living, dining, and bedroom combined which makes up for its affordability.

However, the disadvantage is that apartments can provide the same sense of permanence that condominiums have been known about. But because of its affordability, Filipinos could easily start with their lives by renting an apartment.

The difference of apartments from condominiums are its legal binding. Condominiums involve an individual buying and owning a unit in a building, whereas apartments are usually rented or leased to tenants or lessees.
