- Promotes better digestive system. Drinking more water raises your metabolism and eventually promotes better digestive system.
- Forget about cramps and minor sprain if you are well-hydrated.
- Water improves the quality and elasticity of your skin. Remember that skin is the largest organ in our body, thus, it required to be hydrated properly. Initial signs you will know that your skin is not hydrated well is scaly and dry skin.
Now that you have a better idea of the benefits of water to your body, are you aware how many glasses do you require daily? Most books will tell you that drinking 8 - 9 glasses of water is a must. However, there are cases that you might need more or lesser, depending on your health. That is why, consult your family doctor to know how much your body needs.
